Meet Our Property Manager
Julie Ginn is a long-time Lafayette, Indiana resident, as well as the owner and operator of Distinctive Rental Properties. She is a licensed Managing Broker and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with hands-on involvement as a real-estate agent, property owner and developer since 1992. Julie brings deep, practical expertise to every aspect of residential and commercial real estate.
Throughout her career, Julie has built a reputation for combining vision, creativity, and innovative problem-solving to address complex building and property challenges. Her extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, along with a strong understanding of local zoning regulations, occupancy requirements, and lease structures, allows her to deliver strategic value to property owners, investors, and tenants alike.
Julie’s leadership extends beyond her professional work. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for CityBus, a position she has held since 2012, and has also held both President and Vice President roles within the organization. She has previously served as the Vice President of the City of Lafayette Historic Preservation Commission, where she has been a mayoral appointee since 2006.
With decades of experience and a commitment to excellence in property management and development, Julie remains a trusted resource for all in the Lafayette community.
